myFirst Camera Insta 2 Review

Print instant pics, create stickers and more
with the myFirst Insta Camera 2

The myFirst camera comes with 2 rolls of thermal paper, a roll of thermal sticker paper, microSD card, adapters, 2 sheets of cute stickers, a charger, lanyard and instructions.

The printing camera works with heat instead of ink and uses thermal paper (receipt paper) to print black and white photos.

There's a another lens at the front so you can take selfies with a quality upto 12M and you can make 1920x 1080 videos.

The camera is very simple to use. Take a picture, watch it print in 10 seconds then tear it off. The settings allow you to change the print density to either low, medium or high. Medium worked best for me, though with thermal cameras quality is not going to be amazing as it's working with heat instead of ink.

Another fun feature are the filters. You can make your pics more interesting by adding some cute frames.

You can also create stickers by switching out the regular thermal paper for the sticker thermal paper. I downloaded some colouring pages and transferred them onto the camera's memory card. When it came to colouring I found watercolour brush pens work best but I didn't have the right colours for these cartoon characters so opted for colouring pencils instead, which aren't very vibrant on thermal paper.

Overall, a very fun camera with lots of features. It comes in handy if I need to print a label or template for one of my miniature crafts. The camera is also cost effective because it doesn't require expensive ink that you need to refill, and thermal paper is very cheap.
